Act 48 (Pennsylvania)

The Center for Schools and Communities, as a division of the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit, is offering Act 48 professional development credit for those with Pennsylvania teaching or administrative certificates.

Only specified sessions are available for Act 48 credit. To receive Act 48 credits:

  • Participants must attend sessions from beginning to end
  • Complete the session evaluation (link provided during session) and request Act 48 Credits
  • Provide your professional personnel ID number, to request credits.

NASW (Pennsylvania)

The Center for Schools and Communities, as a division of the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit, is offering licensing credits for social workers through the Pennsylvania National Association of Social Workers. They include:

  • Licensed social worker (LSW) or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT)
  • Licensed professional counselors (LPC)

NASW-PA Chapter is a co-sponsor of this event. 10.5 CECs will be awarded for the completion of this conference. NASW has been designated as a pre-approved provider of professional continuing education for social workers (Section 47.36), marriage and family therapists (Section 48.36) and professional counselors (Section 49.36) by the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Professional Counselors.

Only specified sessions are available for credit. To receive these credits, participants must attend the session from beginning to end.

Certificates and payment to receive credits: There is a fee for certificates and payment is required. At the conclusion of the conference, participants must complete the packet and are responsible for mailing, along with payment, to NASW to the address provided.

Additional directions to receive NASW credits will be provided.

 

Certificate of Attendance (Pennsylvania and Other States/Countries)

The Center for Schools and Communities is offering a Certificate of Attendance to participants from Pennsylvania (who do not request Act 48 credits) and other states/countries.

Participants will have the opportunity to request a Certificate of Attendance during registration. The Certificate of Attendance will be emailed to you following your participation in the conference.
